Home made Wholemeal bread overnight

Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.

Ingredients

  • 3.75ml yeast
  • 400g Strong wholemeal flour
  • 5ml sugar
  • 15ml sesame seed oil
  • 5ml salt
  • 280ml water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into bread machine, select "Wholemeal" for the recipe and "M" on size.
  2. Set any delay for when you want the loaf.
  3. Come back to empty out bread when you expect it to be done, if you don't set a delay, it will be done in 5 hours.
