We call this heart attack on a plate and have it once a year. It's rich, relatively low washing up and fills you up. Do not plan a second course with this meal. Serves two.

  • 250g mince.
  • 135g fresh lasagna.
  • 1 onion, diced.
  • 1½ tins of chopped tomato.
  • basil to taste.
  • 1 glove of garlic.
  • paprika to taste.
  • 100g cheddar cheese, grated.
  • 20g parmesan, grated.
  • 180g tub philadephia cheese (original).

Directions

  1. Fry onion in some oil.
  2. Add mince and herbs and cook until mince changes colour, remove from heat.
  3. Put a layer of mince in a small bread tin
  4. Sprinkle half the cheddar, add half the philly in discrete spoons sized dollops
