Converted from Stuffed lamb burgers to serve two people.

Home made chilli flake burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 250g lamb or beef, as lean as possible
  • 5ml chilli flakes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5ml thyme
  • 5ml parsley

Directions

  1. Cut meat into strips and mince.
  2. While that's happening, put onion and herbs in a food processor and whizz up. Mix with meat and shape into two burgers of the desired size (about the size of the rolls you're going to be using to serve up).
  3. Ideally, cook in a barbeque for 10 minutes.
