This makes twice as much as you need for an Apple rustica. So freeze the rest!
Frangipane
Ingredients
- 40g butter.
- 50g caster sugar.
- 1 large egg.
- 2.5ml vanilla essence.
- 50g ground almonds.
- 12g plain flour.
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Beat in egg and essence
- Fold in flour and ground almonds
Chill until required.
