Defrosted peach halves in brandy

Again, making use of the microwave, this time to make use of a crop of peaches from the summer, in a quick to make dessert.

Ingredients for 2

• 2 peach halves from the freezer.
• 30-45ml brandy.

Directions

1. Place halves face down in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Cover and microwave on 660W for 2minutes 30seconds.
3. When a minute is up, pause microwave, uncover, and turn peaches over.
4. Restart microwave.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. I tend to place the peaches in a bowl, add the ice-cream, then pour out the brandy from the microwavable bowl.
