Home made, rapidly cooked, White bread

Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.

Ingredients

• 5ml yeast.
• 400g Strong white flour.
• 5ml sugar.
• 15ml sunflower seed oil.
• 5ml salt.
• 280ml water.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into bread machine.
2. Select Basic for the recipe, rapid for the option and "M" on size.
3. Come back to empty out bread in 1 hour 55 minutes.
