Yorkshire puddings - makes four small or 1 big

Ingredients

  • 50g plain flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • 150ml milk.

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a hand blender beaker.
  2. Rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Put in oven with meat (@160 °C) for 25-30 minutes for the small ones, 5-10 minutes more for the large one.
