Slow baked wholemeal loaf

Home made Wholemeal bread overnight
Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.
Ingredients
- 3.75ml yeast.
- 400g Strong wholemeal flour.
- 5ml sugar.
- 15ml sesame seed oil.
- 5ml salt.
- 280ml water.
Directions
- Place all ingredients into bread machine.
- Select "Wholemeal" for the recipe and "M" on size.
- Set any delay for when you want the loaf.
- Come back to empty out bread when you expect it to be done, if you don't set a delay, it will be done in 5 hours.
