This recipe is great, very simple and quick. Very little washing up.

More importantly, it's just butter and garlic. A perfect accompaniment to pizza or Gough balls.

Dough balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a Pizza base up to stage 2 in the directions!

Directions

  1. Divide the dough up into walnut sized balls.
  2. Prove for 20 minutes at 40°C until double in size.
  3. Remove from oven and heat the oven to 220°C.
  4. Return to the oven and cook for 12-13 minutes.

Serve as soon as they are ready.
