This recipe is great, if the eggs are fresh, it's guaranteed to work. Quick, easy and better tasting than prepared versions.

Apple sauce for two

Ingredients

• 1 cooking apple per person.
• 15ml water.

Directions

1. Peel apples and place in glass jug (you can use the one you'll serve in).
2. Microwave on medium for 3 minutes for the first apple, add 1 minute 30 seconds for the others.
3. Mash together with fork.

Serve as soon as it is ready.
