Fresh Baked bread rolls

Home made Bread rolls
Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.
It should be noted that I'm finishing the rolls in my steam oven. Spritzing the rolls with a mist of water can also be done.
Ingredients
- 5ml Yeast
- 450g Strong White Flour
- 2.5ml Sugar
- 25g Butter
- 2.5ml Salt
- 1 medium egg
- 250ml Water
Directions
Place all ingredients into bread machine, select "Dough" on the menu. Start the machine and come back to it 2 hours and 20 minutes later.
Shape rolls in 8 or 10 equal parts (I tend to do 8). Place on a sheet of grease proof paper on to a baking tray in a 40°C oven and prove for 20 minutes.
Now turn oven up to 200°C and place rolls on bottom slot of the microwave and cook for 20 minutes with a steam shot for 3 minutes at the 14 minute point.
