Frangipane

Ingredients

  • 40g butter
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2.5ml vanilla essence
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 12g plain flour

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Beat in egg and essence
  3. Fold in flour and ground almonds

Chill until required.
