This recipe is a lovely accompanying dish for pasta or a starter for pizza. Delicious with [[Garlic butter] as pictured.
Dough balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 of a Pizza base up to stage 2 in the directions!
Directions
- Divide the dough up into walnut sized balls.
- Prove for 20 minutes at 40°C until double in size.
- Remove from oven and heat the oven to 220°C.
- Return to the oven and cook for 12-13 minutes.
Serve as soon as they are ready.
