This recipe is great, very simple and quick. More importantly, it's just apples and water. A perfect accompaniment to roast pork.
Apple sauce for two
Ingredients
- 1 cooking apple per person.
- 30-45ml water.
Directions
- Peel apples, core, and dice the apples.
- Place apple pieces in glass jug (you can use the one you'll serve in).
- Microwave on 1kW power for 2 minutes for the first apple, add one minute per apple for the remaining apples.
- Mash together with fork.
Serve as soon as it is ready.
