This recipe is great, if the eggs are fresh, it's guaranteed to work. Quick, easy and better tasting than prepared versions.
Apple sauce for two
Ingredients
- 1 cooking apple per person.
- 15ml water.
Directions
- Peel apples, core, and dice the apples.
- Place apple pieces in glass jug (you can use the one you'll serve in).
- Microwave on medium for 3 minutes for the first apple, add 1 minute 30 seconds for the others.
- Mash together with fork.
Serve as soon as it is ready.
