Home made Wholemeal bread overnight
Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.
Ingredients
- 3.75ml yeast
- 400g Strong wholemeal flour
- 5ml sugar
- 15ml sesame seed oil
- 5ml salt
- 280ml water
Directions
- Place all ingredients into bread machine, select "Wholemeal" for the recipe and "M" on size.
- Set any delay for when you want the loaf.
- Come back to empty out bread when you expect it to be done, if you don't set a delay, it will be done in 5 hours.
