Defrosted peach halves in brandy
Again, making use of the microwave, this time to make use of a crop of peaches from the summer, in a quick to make dessert.
Ingredients for 2
- 2 peach halves from the freezer.
- 30-45ml brandy.
Directions
- Place halves face down in a microwave safe bowl.
- Cover and microwave on 660W for 2minutes 30seconds.
- When a minute is up, pause microwave, uncover, and turn peaches over.
- Restart microwave.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. I tend to place the peaches in a bowl, add the ice-cream, then pour out the brandy from the microwavable bowl.
