This recipe is a lovely accompanying dish for pasta or a starter for pizza.  Delicious with [[Garlic butter]] as pictured.  A half quantity of [[Pizza base]] makes 12-13 dough balls which is a very generous portion for 2 people.

This recipe is a lovely accompanying dish for pasta or a starter for pizza. Delicious with Garlic butter as pictured. A half quantity of Pizza base makes 12-13 dough balls which is a very generous portion for 2 people.

Ingredients

  • ½ of a Pizza base up to stage 2 in the directions!
    This stage takes 45 minutes.

Directions

  1. Divide the dough up into walnut sized balls.
  2. Prove for 20 minutes at fan, 40°C until double in size.
  3. Remove from oven and heat the oven to bread setting, 220°C.
  4. Return to the oven and cook for 12-13 minutes.

Serve as soon as they are ready.
