Yorkshire puddings - makes four small or 1 big
Ingredients
- 50g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 150ml milk
Directions
- Mix everything in a hand blender beaker.
- Rest for 30 minutes
- Put in oven with meat (@160 °C) for 25-30 minutes for the small ones, 5-10 minutes more for the large one.
