This recipe is a lovely accompanying dish for pasta or a starter for pizza. Delicious with Garlic butter as pictured. A half quantity of Pizza base makes 12-13 dough balls which is a very generous portion for 2 people.
Dough balls
Ingredients
- ½ of a Pizza base up to stage 2 in the directions!
This stage takes 45 minutes.
Directions
- Divide the dough up into walnut sized balls.
- Prove for 20 minutes at fan, 40°C until double in size.
- Remove from oven and heat the oven to bread setting, 220°C.
- Return to the oven and cook for 12-13 minutes.
Serve as soon as they are ready.
