Onion, garlic and ginger paste - serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • thumb-sized piece of ginger


Directions

  1. Process ginger, garlic and onion in processor
  2. Place in microwavable jug and cover
  3. Microwave for 2.40 seconds on high (1000W)

Then use in other recipes.
