Hummus

Ingredients

  • 45-60ml tahini, stirred
  • 300g tinned chickpeas, drained
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 30g lemon juice
  • 15ml olive oil

Directions

  1. Using the "blender" blade on the body of the food processor, put all the ingredients in the bowl.
  2. Blend on a medium speed until smooth.
  3. Add hot water if it gets too stick.
