Poached eggs in microwave

Ingredients

  • One large egg
  • 45ml Cold water

Directions

I use a poacher designed for the microwave but could be done with glass bowl.

  1. Put cold water in bowl, heat on high for 50 seconds
  2. Put egg in and cover
  3. Cook egg 50 seconds on medium power
  4. Stand for 30-60 seconds
