Poached eggs in microwave
Ingredients
- Two eggs
- 125ml Cold water
Directions
I use a poacher designed for the microwave but could be done with glass bowl.
- Put cold water in bowl
- Put eggs in
- Cook each egg for 50-60 seconds on high power
- Stand for 30-60 seconds
