Fragrant, creamy yogurt
Ingredients
- Yogurt (yeo valley or waitrose natural)
- Raspberries (18%)
- Whipping cream (11%)
- Sugar
- Raspberry puree (3%)
- Cornflour
- Flavouring
Thoughts
So, 18+11+3= 32% - Yogurt likely to be 40+%, sugar 8%. By weight or volume? What flavouring? 100%=100ml. So we'll use volume. Cornflour is mentioned but not water to cook it! Probably looking at a 1-2ml or so.
