Ingredients

  1. Enough portatoes for the people eating this
  2. Pepper
  3. Garlic salt
  4. 125ml single or whipping cream per two people
  5. A few curls of butter
  6. Paprika

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes then use a mandolin or food processor to finely chop them
  2. Arrange potatoes in a plan dish or gratin platter, lightly seasoning each layer
  3. When finished, pour over cream and dot with butter and paprika

Bake at 200°C for 50-60 minutes.
