Coleslaw

Based on coleslaw. This is more detailed for my food processor.

Ingredients

• 25% white or red cabbage (coarse slice)
• 1 spring onions (fine slice)
• 1 tiny onion (fine slice - optional, works without)
• 1 carrots (coarse grate)
• 75g natural plain yogurt
• 2.5ml wholegrain mustard
• Squeeze lemon

Directions

1. Blade #5 (remember speed 3)

Process cabbage

1. Blade #4 (query blade #6)

Process onions

1. Blade #3

Process carrots

1. Add yogurt, mustard and lemon juice, mix and serve.
