Microwaved scrambled eggs
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 15ml milk.
- Seasoning.
Directions
To scale up, see table below. The times are critical, as is the quantity of milk to make the emulsion.
For one egg
- Put the egg and milk into a microwavable 250ml jug.
- Scramble the mixture.
- Heat @ 1000W for 30 seconds.
- Rescramble and put in @1000W for 20 seconds.
- Stand for 60 seconds.
- Rescramble, season and serve.
