Quick and easy, great when you aren't up to stand over the hob.

Microwaved scrambled eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 15ml milk.
  • Seasoning.

Directions

For one egg

  1. Put the egg and milk into a microwavable 250ml jug.
  2. Scramble the mixture.
  3. Heat @ 1000W for 30 seconds.
  4. Rescramble and put in @1000W for 20 seconds.
  5. Stand for 60 seconds.
  6. Rescramble, season and serve.
