We have a peach tree and from 2022, a glut of peaches. This is the first tried and tested one. A bit of effort but well worth it.
Peach milkshakes
Ingredients
- 1 peaches per 250ml serving.
- 1 scope of ice cream per 250ml serving.
Directions
- Skin and stone the peaches
- Blend the flesh until a smooth puree
- Add ice cream, one scoop at a time
Pour into glasses. Each peach and scoop makes 250ml. This is very rich. With the dregs round the glass, clean off with limonade, milk or white wine to taste.
