Pasta arrabiata with meatballs
Ingredients
- 227g chopped tomatoes in their juice.
- 5ml chilli flakes.
- 1 medium onion.
- 1 clove garlic, chopped.
- 10 small meatballs or chucks of chicken.
- pasta for 2 cooked al dente.
Directions
- Fry meat balls and add onions in some oil.
- Add tomatoes, garlic and chilli flakes.
- Bring pasta to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with hot pasta, suggest spaghetti, linguini or fettuccine.
Could be cooked with chicken or quorn, or sans meat, as preferred.
