Home made Wholemeal bread
Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.
Ingredients
- 5ml yeast.
- 300g Strong wholemeal flour.
- 100g Strong white flour.
- 5ml sugar.
- 15ml sesame seed oil.
- 5ml salt.
- 280ml water.
Directions
Place all ingredients into bread machine, select "Wholemeal" and "Rapid" for the recipe and "M" on size. Come back to empty out bread in 3 hours.
