This is mind blowing quick and easy way to cook sausages, ideal for a sandwich or served with vegetables and potato. If doing with baked potato in the microwave, remember to cook that first as it will keep hot.

Microwaved sausages

Ingredients

• 2 x 80g cumberland sausages.

Directions

1. Place sausages into glass bowl with lid.
2. Prick skins with fork.
3. Microwave 1000W power for 1 minute 10 seconds.
4. Turn sausages over and prick the new top with fork.
5. Microwave for 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
