Lemon mug cake

Not tried yet. Adapted from Lemon mug cake.

Ingredients for 1

  • 45ml plain wheat flour.
  • 45ml sugar.
  • 0.6ml salt.
  • 18.5ml baking powder.
  • 30ml vegetable oil.
  • 30ml lemon juice.
  • 1/2 lemon zest.
  • 1 egg.

Directions

  1. Get a 300ml or larger "mug".
  2. Put in dried goods, the flour, baking powder, sugar and mix well.
  3. Put in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cook at 600W power for 80 seconds (originally 800W for 1 minute).
  5. Wait 20 seconds.
  6. Cook for 120 seconds (2 minutes) on 600W (originally 800W for 1:30 minutes).
  7. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.

Serve with ice-cream.
