White chocolate cookies.

Ingredients for 1 batch, which makes six waffles.

  • 200g Plain flour
  • 5ml Baking powder
  • 1ml Salt
  • 175g Caster sugar
  • 100g White chocolate chips
  • 50g Macadamia nuts
  • 100g Butter
  • 60g Egg

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into your Kenwood mixer bowl and using the k-beater, mix together at speed 1, for 1 minute.
  2. Form into a roll about 5cm in diameter.
  3. Wrap and place into fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Warm fan oven to 180°C.
  5. Cut roll into ½cm slices and place on grease proof paper.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Leave to cool.

Serve with a lovely cup of tea!
