Home made Wholemeal bread
Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.
Ingredients
- 5ml yeast
- 300g Strong wholemeal flour
- 100g Strong white flour
- 5ml sugar
- 15ml sesame seed oil
- 5ml salt
- 280ml water
Directions
Place all ingredients into bread machine, select "Wholemeal" and "Rapid" for the recipe and "M" on size. Come back to empty out bread in 3 hours.
