This recipe is great, very simple and quick. Very little washing up.
More importantly, it's just butter and garlic. A perfect accompaniment to pizza or dough balls.
Garlic butter
Ingredients
- 10g butter per person.
- 5ml of garlic salt per person.
Directions
- Put butter in jug and cycle in the microwave, category E, for 20 seconds on medium power.
- Tip in garlic salt and stir in until well incorporated.
Serve as soon as it is ready.
