Home made Wholemeal bread
Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.
Ingredients
- 0.75 tsp yeast
- 300g Strong wholemeal flour
- 100g Strong white flour
- 1tsp sugar
- 15ml sesame seed oil
- 1tsp salt
- 280ml water
Directions
Place all ingredients into bread machine, select Wholemeal for the recipe and "M" on size. Come back to empty out bread in 5 hours.
Note: the flour total needs to add up to 400g for this recipe. We really like this one, but 400g would be a "proper" wholemeal loaf and 200g wholemeal to 200g white would be a little lighter.
