Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk.
  • 5ml mustard powder.
  • 5ml white wine vinegar or lemon juice.
  • 200ml vegetable oil.

Method

  1. Separate egg and put into the food processor or blender.
  2. Add the mustard and acid - you need one of these.
  3. Start the machine, and start adding the oil, 10ml or so at a time until each is well blended.
