Lemon mug cake
Needs reworking - very salty, though texture is good. Adapted from Lemon mug cake.
Ingredients for 1
- 45ml plain wheat flour.
- 45ml sugar.
- 15ml baking powder.
- 30ml vegetable oil.
- 30ml lemon juice.
- 1/2 lemon zest (essential).
- 1 egg.
Directions
- Get a 300ml or larger "mug".
- Put in dried goods, the flour, baking powder, sugar and mix well.
- Put in the rest of the ingredients and mix to smooth paste.
As soon as the acid is added, the baking powder will be activated. - Cook at medium for 60 seconds (originally 800W for 1 minute).
- Wait 20 seconds.
- Cook for 1:30 minutes on medium (originally 800W for 1:30 minutes).
- Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Serve with ice-cream.
