Microwaved scrambled eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 15ml milk.
  • Seasoning.

Directions

To scale up, see table below. The times are critical, as is the quantity of milk to make the emulsion.

For one egg

  1. Put the egg and milk into a microwavable 250ml jug.
  2. Scramble the mixture.
  3. Heat @ 1000W for 30 seconds.
  4. Rescramble and put in @1000W for 20 seconds.
  5. Stand for 60 seconds.
  6. Rescramble, season and serve.

2 30ml 50 secs 30 secs 1 minute
3 45ml 80 secs 30 secs 1 minute
