White chocolate cookies.

Ingredients for 1 batch.

  • 200g Plain flour.
  • 5ml Baking powder.
  • 1ml Salt.
  • 175g Caster sugar.
  • 100g White chocolate chips, finely chopped.
  • 50g Macadamia nuts, finely chopped.
  • 100g Butter, melted(!).
  • 60g Egg.

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into your Kenwood mixer bowl and using the k-beater, mix together at speed 1, for 1 minute.
  2. Form into a roll about 5cm in diameter.
  3. Wrap and place into fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut roll into ½cm slices and place on grease proof paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. (No need to preheat!)
  6. Leave to cool.

Serve with a lovely cup of tea!
