Peach milkshakes
Ingredients
- 1 peach per 250ml serving.
- 1 scope of ice cream per 250ml serving.
Directions
- Skin and stone the peaches.
- Blend the flesh until a smooth puree.
- Add ice cream, one scoop at a time.
Pour into glasses. Each peach and scoop makes 250ml. This is very rich. With the dregs round the glass, clean off with lemonade, milk or white wine to taste.
