Poached eggs in microwave
Ingredients
- Hollandaise sauce.
- 2 crumpets.
- 2 Poached eggs in microwave.
- 20g spinach.
Directions
- Make Hollandaise - this is twice as much as you need.
- Toast crumpets.
- Make eggs and while they are sitting.
- Cook spinach for 20 seconds.
Put crumpets on plate, top them with spinach and place an egg on each crumpet. Pour on Hollandaise to taste.
