Simple and quick. No further sweetening is required, this has a bit of bite.
Banana and berry smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana, cut into pieces. (Optional but makes the consistency much smoother).
- 460ml frozen mixed berries.
- 390ml plain yogurt.
- 115ml semi-skimmed milk.
Directions
- Place all ingredients into hand blender beaker and whizz up.
