My favourite yogurt has been discontinued, so this is an attempt to recreate that gorgeous taste.
Fragrant, creamy yogurt
Ingredients
Makes two servings - easier for the numbers
- 150g Yogurt.
- 60g Raspberries.
- 30g Whipping cream.
- 10g Raspberry puree (30g of raspberries, 10g sugar, filter out).
Directions
- Make puree by pureeing raspberries and filter out seeds. Add sugar and leave to thicken.
- Whisk cream until forming peaks.
- Whisk in yogurt.
- Whisk in puree then finally the raspberries.
