  • 150g plain flour.
  • 40g caster sugar.
  • 75g butter.
  • 1 egg.
  • 2.5ml grated lemon rind.
  • 1ml salt

Directions

  1. Mix in food processor until you have a smooth pastry
  2. Stand for 30 minutes - if you don't need all of it, this is the time to place half in a freezer bag and place in freezer.
