Lamb chilli burgers

Originally from Stuffed lamb burgers. Makes two burgers.

Ingredients

  • 2.5ml fresh thyme.
  • 2.5ml chilli flakes.
  • 1 whole garlic clove.
  • 1 small onion.
  • 2.5ml lemon juice.
  • 200g lamb shoulder minced.
  • 1ml salt.
  • 1ml black pepper.
  • 2 burger buns.

Directions

  1. Using a hand grinder (or hand mixer grinder) mince onion, garlic and herbs.
  2. Mix this with the other ingredients in the mixer then allow to rest in fridge for 20mins.
  3. Shape into roll sized buns and cook on a medium grill for 10mins or so depending on thickness.
