Lamb chilli burgers
Originally from Stuffed lamb burgers. Makes two burgers.
Ingredients
- 2.5ml fresh thyme.
- 2.5ml chilli flakes.
- 1 whole garlic clove.
- 1 small onion.
- 2.5ml lemon juice.
- 200g lamb shoulder minced.
- 1ml salt.
- 1ml black pepper.
- 2 burger buns.
Directions
- Using a hand grinder (or hand mixer grinder) mince onion, garlic and herbs.
- Mix this with the other ingredients in the mixer then allow to rest in fridge for 20mins.
- Shape into roll sized buns and cook on a medium grill for 10mins or so depending on thickness.
Serve on the buns, with relish or coleslaw.
