Place all ingredients into bread machine, select Wholemeal for the recipe and "M" on size.  Come back to empty out bread in 5 hours.

Note: the flour total needs to add up to 400g for this recipe.  We really like this one, but 400g would be a "proper" wholemeal loaf and 200g wholemeal to 200g white would be a little lighter.

Home made Wholemeal bread

Adapted from instruction book from Panasonic SD255.

Ingredients

  • 5ml yeast.
  • 300g Strong wholemeal flour.
  • 100g Strong white flour.
  • 5ml sugar.
  • 15ml sesame seed oil.
  • 5ml salt.
  • 280ml water.

Directions

Place all ingredients into bread machine, select "Wholemeal" and "Rapid" for the recipe and "M" on size. Come back to empty out bread in 3 hours.
