This is mind blowing quick and easy way to cook sausages, ideal for a sandwich or served with vegetables and potato. If doing with baked potato in the microwave, remember to cook that first as it will keep hot.
Microwaved sausages
Ingredients
- 2 x 80g cumberland sausages.
Directions
- Place sausages into glass bowl with lid.
- Prick skins with fork.
- Microwave 1000W power for 1 minute 10 seconds.
- Turn sausages over and prick the new top with fork.
- Microwave for 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
